London & Newcastle has submitted a planning application for a £3.6m scheme on the Goldhawk Industrial Estate in Hammersmith.
The DP9 planned scheme for 2A Brackenbury Road is for four new buildings. There are three terraces of 25 houses between two and three-storeys high, and one four-storey building including eleven commercial and 26 flats (16 private flats and 15 shared ownership flats) with basement and surface parking.
