London has moved back to top of the Lasalle Investment attractiveness league.
It had fallen back to eighth, relinquishing top spot to Munich. Now the regular report suggests London is back at number one. The report – the annual European regional economic growth index – ranks investor sentiment towards over 100 european cities.
The polarisation between London and the rest of the UK increased, with Manchester holding its place, but Liverpool, Belfast and others falling significantly. London is growing in attractiveness to investors, while the rest of the UK is fading.
