Linden Homes is looking to submit plans to redevelop the Goldhawk Road Carpet Right site into 43 new homes.
The Hammersmith Chronicle reports Linden is consulting on plans to three blocks of up to seven storeys containing ground floor retail and flats on upper floors.
Plans by Bexwell Properties for 50 flats were refused in 2005, and revised plans from Network Housing for 46 flats were withdrawn in 2008.
