Lifescan head for Uxbridge

Arlington has signed LifeScan for Uxbridge Business Park.

Diabetes monitoring equipment manufacturer LifeScan has signed for 5000 sq ft at the park, which is also home to Amgen, Bristol Myers Squibb and Mondelez.

This is part of a new leasing strategy aimed at repositioning the park as a multilet destination, with suites from 5,000 sq ft upwards available.

Arlington has also gained consent for a £3.5m investment in on-site facilities on the site. “The Pavilion” (pictured), which is due to be completed this summer, is a 4,000 sq ft event space that will house the Park’s hospitality team, with a restaurant, meeting facilities and fitness studio. It will provide a base for the Park’s Wellbeing Programme which makes use of the 55 acres of park land where all-weather sports pitches for netball, basketball and five-a-side football are being built.
