The new launch is of a “luxury collection of überhauses” at Liberty Quarter. The partners say Überhauses are homes that, while located in an apartment building, bring together a fusion of a house and an apartment. Each two-level home has its own private street-level entrance and a dual terrace with access either to the beautiful podium gardens or its own private garden.

Acton Gardens will eventually comprise more than 2,500 new homes around a series of parks, squares and play areas. The masterplan includes a new sports ground; a central plaza with a shop, youth centre and other community facilities; and a proposed new bus route and street network to link the development to the surrounding area.
Liberty Quarter includes 60 homes in a building fronting Bollo Bridge Road, designed by the Stirling Prize-winning architect Alison Brooks.
