Legal & General Property is looking to sell the Broadway Shopping Centre in Ealing.
Reports suggest L&G will market the 275,000 sq ft shopping centre for around £150m through Knight Frank. The mall, which was opened in 1985 and comprises 82 retail units, is let to tenants including Argos Extra, Marks & Spencer, New Look, Primark and Tesco.
