Legal & General’s acquisition of the Blenheim centre has allowed former owner Apollo to pay a debt to LB Hounslow.
L&G acquired the centre for £35.5m from Area Property Partners, previously known as Apollo Real Estate Advisors, and this has allowed Area to pay a longstanding £1m debt to LB Hounslow incurred when the developers failed to build a link from the Centre to Hounslow Central underground station.
