Legal & General’s plans for the redevelopment of Bechtel House have been approved.
The Sheppard Robson-designed plans, for 245 Hammersmith Road, will produce a 242,000 sq ft, ten storey, office campus, with 13,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space and a new public space.
Work is due to start on site in September 2015 with completion in Summer 2017.
