Commercial property specialist Lewis & Co has opened an office in Fulham as part of expansion plans.
The new Fulham office is a response to opportunities in the market, says the company. In 2018, Lewis & Co advised on over £150m of investment transactions and over 200,000 sq ft of leasing instructions across south and West London including in Fulham. The company says it is keen to build on this
They believe this part of London has enormous potential for growth.
