LEP Invests in Shepherd’s Bush

The London LEP has announced an investment from its Growing Places Fund (GPF) into The Collective’s 205 Holland Park Avenue project.

The aim of the GPF is to help deliver ambitious projects with tangible outcomes that will attract the investment in infrastructure and regeneration which London needs, to maximise the benefits from this investment, and to use public sector funding to encourage private sector investment.

The Collective will bring forward a unique and innovative, 8,500 sq ft, socially-minded workspace and incubator for entrepreneurs and investors that will deliver long-term support and investment into West London’s emerging start-up and SME community at 205 Holland Park Avenue. All profits will be allocated to a re-investment fund, investing in start-up and SMEs located within the local area, supporting high impact social enterprise and partnering with other organisations supporting start-up and SME growth in West London.
