LCCI and London Councils are inviting West London businesses to attend an event in January, focussing on the capital’s skills and training needs.
For a second year, LCCI and London Councils commissioned leading polling company ComRes to undertake a local business survey of Greater London. The survey looked at recruitment, training, skills needs and apprenticeships.
The event – titled “London’s local business survey – West London Focus: Assessing the capital’s skills challenge” – will look at the results for the capital, but zoom in on the specific issues for West London.
Speakers include: Olly Wright, Managing Director, ComRes; Colin Stanbridge, CEO, London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Kate Philips, Head of Resourcing and Talent Acquisition, EMEA, BSI.
The event will give businesses an opportunity to:
• Learn about the key issues from the 2018 survey and shape the priorities for the 2019 business survey
• Network with other West London businesses, local authorities, colleges and universities
• Hear about London Councils campaign to secure the funding capital’s public services need
It will be held on Tuesday, 22 January, 8am – 10am at Brent Civic Centre, Board Room 4, Wembley, HA9 0FJ. For more information and to register, click here.
