Laxcon Developments are to sell their consented 76 home Kingsbury scheme, it is understood.
The project, designed by If Architecture and consented in March 2020, involves the demolition of the courtyard structure to the rear of the mock tudor building at 496 Church Lane, and the construction of a three to seven storey mixed use development including commercial retail and office units on the lower three levels and 76 new homes on upper floors.
The plans also include a new courtyard and square, and the addition of a floor to the mock tudor building with the provision of flexible commercial space to the ground floor.
This development has been designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent rating and to meet with Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
