LaSalle Investment Management has acquired the Victoria Hall student accommodation block in Wembley.
The CZWG designed building was approved on appeal, and now sits next to Wembley Park station. CoStar reports LaSalle have paid £41.5m for the 20-storey which contains 435 student bedrooms.
