LandSec submits varied Kodak plans

harrow view 3d visualisation jan 2012Land Securities has submitted varied plans for their Harrow View development on part of the Kodak factory site in Wealdstone.

The new plans – a Minor Material Amendment application proposing revisions to elements of the outline planning consent granted in June 2012 – seek to move the proposed primary school away from what is now thought to be the busiest part of the Kodak factory. As a result it is proposed that the new leisure and community centre will now be moved to this space. LandSec say the adjustments “will ensure timely delivery of the school which must be built in the first phase of development to serve the new community and unlock much needed new housing”.

Harrow Council is undertaking a period of statutory consultation.
