Land Securities is marketing Harrow View West, a portion of the consented Kodak factory site.
The 20 acres land parcel being marketed is the former sports ground, and has outline permission for 314 new homes. It is reported the guide price is around £35m. The outline consent for the whole site was granted in 2012, but LandSec’s planned disposal of the consented site has been obstructed by the S106 agreement, which has now been “unpicked” to relocate a school, and peg the affordable element of the scheme at 19%.
