LAMDA tenders rebuild

The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art is looking for a contractor to carry out a £10m rebuild of its Talgarth Road campus.

The plans, desgned by Niall McLaughlin Architects, involve the demolition of the existing buildings at 155 Talgarth Road, and would deliver an integrated campus with flexible rehearsal studios, adaptable teaching spaces, a fully equipped screen and audio suite, additional space for LAMDA Examinations and two new performance venues, including a 200-seat theatre.

The plans have consent from LB Hammersmith & Fulham.
