London Academy of Music & Dramatic Arts has issued an OJEU notice for a new training centre at its Talgarth Road site.
LAMDA have issued a contract notice for contractors via the Official Journal of the European Union. It concerns their Phase 2 planned centre designed by Niall McLaughlin Architects for their site at 155-169 Talgarth Road.
The plans involve the demolition of the existing buildings, and the construction of a four storey building providing teaching accommodation including 10 rehearsal studios, TV and sound studios, a 230 seat practice theatre with fly tower, and a 120 seat studio theatre.
