Kitewood Estates have submitted detailed plans for a £2.7m scheme in Willesden.
The St Mary’s Road scheme near Willesden Junction station involves construction of a building of up to seven storeys, comprising 153msq community facility (Use Class D1) on the ground floor, 45 self contained flats, and associated parking and access.
