Kingsland Hotel plans approved

Plans to replace the Kingsland Hotel with a much larger one have been approved.

Brent Council have approved plans to demolish the 28 room hotel with a six storey, 92 room one. The plans were submitted by the owner Hemang Popat, and were designed by Shepheard Epstein Hunter.

The Hotel is on the border with LB Harrow, who objected to the height of the building. Hilton are reported to have expressed an interest.
