King Street Hotel plans go in

Plans have been submitted for conversion of several buildings on King Street into a hotel.

The plans, designed by Milan Babic Architects and submitted by client LGP-Supergrace involve the conversion of the upper floors of 88 – 94 (currently two separate premises) into¬†a 35 bedroom hotel. The buildings are in between the St Martin’s Property owned Kings Mall shopping centre, and the town hall, which itself is the site for the major Helical Bar/Grainger led King Street regeneration scheme.
