Three of four schemes shortlisted from West London for HCA Kickstart Round Two are successful.
Crest Nicholson’s Acton Bus Depot, Persimmon’s Hillingdon House Farm, and Home Group’s Rayners Lane Phase E were all approved for a total of just over £5 million of Homes & Communities Agency funding. Only Berkeley Group’s Stanmore scheme was unsuccessful.
Crest Nicholson will receive over £3m of that, for the 36 home scheme, with the remaining £2m split between the other two. Altogether 141 new homes will be created by the funding.
Nationally, the HCA will hand out £83m, generating just under 6,000 new homes. See previous coverage.
