Plans by KHR Properties to redevelop the site of the Good Ship in Kilburn have been refused.
Brent Council decided that the application failed to show the pub, which has historically operated as a music venue but has been closed since acquired by KHR, had no future.
KHR had proposed a nine home, five storey block on the Kilburn High Road site, with ground floor medical use.
