The Kensal Rise library redevelopment plans have been approved by Brent Council.
The plans, by Platinum Revolver, will produce five flats and a community space. The development has been a while in the making, with previous plans turned down. The approved plans include a larger community space than the previous ones following an agreement between the developer and the local community.
