Londonnewcastle have submitted plans for a redevelopment of the Kelaty House site in Wembley which would provide a hotel, apartments and student accomodation alongside commercial space.
Londonnewcastle are acting as agents for UKI (Dollar Bay) on the scheme, which is planned for the Kelaty House site on First Way in Wembley. The developer is seekingfull planning permission for the construction of five buildings ranging in height from four to 13 storeys for a mix of uses including hotel/serviced apartments, student accommodation and flexible business, retail, community and leisure uses.
The development has been designed to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating. DP9 are handling planning.
