Plans for a redevelopment of Keith House, in Hayes, have been shown as part of a consultation.
The site is home to an industrial building that is currently occupied by a Yodel distribution centre. The scheme proposed by the Vesta Group and designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris would deliver 150 new homes alongside 400sqm of commercial space and improved public spaces.
The site is on the south side of the railway line through Hayes, directly opposite U+I’s Old Vinyl Factory redevelopment of the former EMI factory, and across the road from Hyde Park Hayes.
DP9 are handling planning for the Vesta Group.
