David Fallon has submitted plans for a £900,000 development on Craven Park in Harlesden.
The existing juvenile counselling centre at 1 Craven Park will be demolished and replaced by a four storey building comprising 14 self-contained flats, should LB Brent approve the plans. Local architect Lalji Verkaria submitted the plans.
