Junction Road plans go in

bradstowe housePlans have been submitted for a Junction Road site near the part-complete Bradstowe House.

The plans, submitted by solicitors on behalf of an unnamed client, are for 2 Junction Road. The £1.5m mixed use office/resi scheme is designed by David Yearman & Associates and involves building a six storey building with commercial office space at ground and first floor level, and eight self-contained flats on the upper floors.

It’s the latest piece of activity in Harrow Town Centre, which has seen a fair degree of planing activity recently, with the inquiry for Neptune Point, Bradstowe House’s(pictured) go-stop construction programme, and the long-running story of Harrow College.
