Plans for the Edgware Iron Works in Burnt Oak have been approved.
The scheme, designed by DRMM Architects, involves the demolition of the existing building at 100 Burnt Oak Broadway and the construction of a three to 14 storey block containing 100 homes – 37 of which will be affordable – with around 15000 sq ft of flexible commercial and community space at ground and lower ground floor levels. The development has been designed to achieve BREEAM Very Good rating.
