Irish Centre Housing have gone to tender for the construction of their £4m Quex Road scheme.
The plans, for 20-22 Quex Road, just inside LB Camden, involve the demolition of the existing buildings, and their replacement with a two-storey block, and second adjoining block providing a 60 room hostel with associated facilities. The development has planning permission.
