Invista Foundation Property Trust have submitted plans for a 275 home development in Brentford.
The outline plans for Reynard Mills Trading Estate on Windmill Road have been designed by Tate Hindle Design, and involve the demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide 275 new homes designed to meet with Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
Savills are acting for Invista.
