Investment opportunity and scale showcased

Capital West London’s impressive scale and development opportunity was showcased at the opening of London’s premier property forum.

Speaking at the LREF’s Workplace Leaders Breakfast Cllr Julian Bell, shared with interested investors and developers the might of the West London sub-region’s economy, while affirming that discussion on progress is welcomed.

The Capital West London zone is the base for major headquarters for some of the UK’s well-known businesses and globally renowned brands. The area is home to 100,000 businesses with a significant number within the creative sector.

Speaking in his capacity as chair of the West London Economic Prosperity Board Cllr Bell, said the area has a huge opportunity for growth with numerous prospective sites. He also outlined the two million population, £73bn economy West London sub-region.

“West is best”, said Julian Bell, leader of Ealing Council.  “West London is the best-connected place in the world”, he added, in encouraging the audience to take a look at the investment opportunity pack which Capital West London had prepared for the event.

He said: “You get Zone One connectivity, with an outer-London quality of life”.
