Inland Homes has said it has sold the Randalls department store site in Uxbridge, on which it gained consent for a 58 home development in 2017.
Inland say in their end of year statement for 2017 that the site, which would also host 750 sqm of commercial space, has been sold to a private investor. Inland Partnerships, the companies construction division expects to carry out the construction works for the purchaser.
The project involves the conversion of part of the listed building into eight apartments and the construction of an additional storey to accommodate six apartments. The ground floor will be converted into a new retail unit. The plans also include the conversion of the adjacent Old Fire Station building into three duplex apartments.
