Inland refused on Master Brewer

Hillingdon Council has refused plans from Inland Homes for a 514 home development on the site of the former Master Brewer hotel and pub.

Officers had recommended refusal on grounds of over-development. The decision will automatically be referred to the Mayor of London.

The plans submitted to the council in October 2019 would have produced a development of up to 11 storeys with 35% of the homes affordable.

Inland acquired the site which is next to the junction of Long Lane and Freezeland Way in 2019.
