Inland continue Drayton Garden Village progress

Inland homes continue to make progress at Drayton Garden Village, on the former NATS site in West Drayton.

In their half year results, the developer said they exchanged contracts for the sale of 88 apartment plots for £5.75m and a plot of land for an 80-bed nursing home for £1.80m during the first half of the year, and have no sold a total of 236 residential building plots out of the original consent for 773, with contracts issued for the sale of a further 28.

They have also completed a major infrastructure and utility services programme and got the landscaping, including tree and hedge planting, “well underway”. The first of the village greens is now laid out.

The Energy Centre providing combined heat and power is now operational and ready for the first occupation of new homes.

Drayton Garden Village Ltd, in conjunction with Inland, is planning to ‘construct and sell’ a phase of 32 units (9 flats and 23 houses) later this year.
