Initial plans approved

London Square have been given approval for their redevelopment of the Initial House site in Eastcote.

A number of plans have been submitted over the years for the former office site, which has been vacant for six years.

Plans for a 42 flats development were granted on appeal following local refusal, and now an amendment to allow up to 45 flats to be built has been approved by Hillingdon Council.
