The developer Create & Construct has withdrawn its plans for Initial House in Eastcote.
The plans, to demolish the derelict office block in Field End Road, and replace it with a block containing 44 flats as well as new commercial space, were recommended for refusal by LB Hillingdon planning officers. The developer withdrew their plans folowing that decision.
