Inglis Barracks plans approved

Vinci St Modwen’s plans to put more than 2,000 homes on the former Inglis Barracks site have been approved.

The PRP Architects designed plans for the former MOD site in Mill Hill involve its redevelopment to form a residential led mixed-use development. It involves the demolition of the existing buildings excluding the former officers mess, and building 2,174 homes, a primary school, GP Surgery, 1,100 sqm of shops, 3,470 sqm of offices, and a district energy centre.
