Imperial submit Woodlands phase 2

Imperial College London have submitted plans for phase 2 of their Imperial West development on the former BBC Woodlands Site.

The hybrid plans for the site at 80 Wood Lane, designed by Aukett Fitzroy Robinson and PLP Architecture, involve detailed plans for buildings C, D & F, and outline plans for buildings A,G & E.

Building C is an academic building of 9 storeys providing 23,000 sqm of health research and associated facilities; building D is a 22,500 sqm, 12 storey office and research building; and building F is a 35 storey residential tower containing 192 flats, including 59 key worker units.

Buildings A & G are both seven storey educationeducation buildings, and building Ea 13 storey hotel.
