International Logistics Group have taken the last available space in the Big Box industrial partnership, managed by SEGRO and The Prudential.
The Big Box industrial partnership, SEGRO’s joint venture with The Prudential, is now fully occupied, following the letting of its last remaining available unit to International Logistics Group (ILG).
ILG, a leading provider of fulfilment and courier solutions which has more than 700 clients worldwide, has secured the 2,185 sq ft (203 sq m) unit C9 at Heathrow Corporate Park located in Hounslow.
The Big Box Industrial Partnership holds approximately 1,223,000 sq ft (113,620 sq m) of space primarily focused around Heathrow Airport, with the main facilities being located at The Heathrow Corporate Park and Axis Park. The units, which vary in size from 30,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft are home to a wide range of occupiers, who favour the location as a distribution base due to its proximity to the airport and the surrounding areas.
Grant Ashley, Founder and CEO of ILG, said: “Moving to Heathrow Corporate Park will allow us to further extend our services. During our 21 years, ILG has evolved and we hope this space will allow us to further expand.”
Simon Lanyon, Leasing Manager, SEGRO, added: “We are pleased to welcome ILG to Heathrow Corporate Park. Following this transaction, the assets within our Big Box industrial partnership with The Prudential are now fully let, further highlighting the ongoing demand for quality space located around the UK’s largest airport.”
