IBM plans go in

Plans to redevelop the former IBM site in Greenford have been submitted.

The site, in Greenford Green Business Park on Green Park Way, also known as the Tetris Building, is owned by Schroeders Exempt Property Unit Trust. Blue Sky Planning have submitted Darling Associates designed plans to refurbish the main building, and also build 12 two storey industrial buildings providing around 10,000sqm of space with access from Green Park Way and Rockware Avenue.
