The four star Hyatt Hotel on Uxbridge Road in Southall is on the market.
The hotel was the first under the Hyatt Place brand to open in the UK in 2016, in the refurbished and derelict Heathrow Gate Hotel building.
The 107,000 sq ft building has 170 bedrooms as well as meeting facilities, restaurants, and a gym.
