Lionsgate and Imagine Nation are to work together on a 1,300 seat revolving theatre in Wembley.
The partnership will also involve promoter Harvey Goldsmith and Triangular Entertainment, and will feature a rotating auditorium.
The theatre will create more than 100 jobs. Plans have been submitted to Brent Council and, should they be approved, the theatre could open next summer, before playing host to an adaptation of The Hunger Games in 2016.
