Howarth Homes refused in Northwood

Howarth Homes’ application to build a small resi development in Northwood has been refused, and they have lodged an appeal.

The development is a joint effort from Howarth and the Fassnidge Memorial Trust. It involves the construction of three storey building with a community hall on the ground floor, and 6 studio flats and 2 one- bedroom flats on the upper floors. LB Hillingdon refused permission for the development proposed for 76 High Street Northwood, and the applicant has appealed.
