Howarth Homes has submitted plans for a 49 home development on the site of the Fassnidge Memorial Hall in Uxbridge.
The plans involve the demolition of the existing hall and the construction of a building containing 49 flats and a replacement community facility.
The property, owned by the Fassnidge Memorial Trust, is no longer fit for purpose, according to the Trust, who would own the new community facility. It is next to the Old Uxbridge and Windsor Street Conservation Area.
