Housing Expo, a conference and exhibition focussed on private and social housebuilding, is coming up.
The event is on February 6 and 7 at Olympia. It includes a conference programme created by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) which also includes a mix of technical sessions from the Good Homes Alliance who will be launching their final report on ‘The Performance Gap’.
The BRE programme has content on regulation and land use, including change to legislation and regulation surrounding issues such as benefits, localism, empty rooms’ tax, regulatory framework, land use and squatting. It also offers a session on Housing demands and local delivery, as well as Planning and the NPPF.
The programme also focuses on ‘The drive to 2016 – and the push for low and zero carbon housing’.
