LB Hounslow has followed Ealing and Hillingdon in freezing its share of the council tax bill.
Hammermith & Fulham has committed to a 3% cut in its tax level.
Cllr Peter Thompson, leader of the council, said: “For the third year running, local residents will not face a rise in their council tax bill from the council. We made ten promises to local people, based on what they have told us they want, and this was our top promise.”
Keeping the bill down has been made possible by taking a radical look at how the council delivers all its services. This found a potential £53 million that could be saved over three years, which is being used to keep the bill down, and to improve services.
