LB Hillingdon has refused permission on a £4m scheme in Uxbridge Town Centre.
The scheme, at 66 High Street, involved demolition of Fassnidge Memorial Hall and refurbishment of the Cedars Building with a single storey extension to provide an elderly persons dining centre with ancillary accommodation and office accommodation at first and second floor, and erection of four blocks up to ten storeys high providing seventy five apartments and basement parking.
Trevor Osbourne Group are working with the Fassnidge Memorial Trust on the project.
