Henry Boyer submits Fulham plans

The Henry Boyer Trust has submitted plans for a redevelopment of Palace Wharf.

The plans involve the demolition of industrial buildings on the site and their replacement with five houses, in parallel with the refurbishment of the main wharf building as 22 apartments.

The plans also provide a portion of Thames-side path open to the public, and could help reopen the riverside from Hammersmith to Putney Bridge.

Previous plans for the site were withdrawn in 2009. See coverage from the Fulham Chronicle.
