Helical Bar’s positive results statement also points to West London as a key area for the developer.

While issuing their results, which were generally positive, showing a £7.9m profit as against a £71.9m loss last year, Michael Slade, Chief Executive, of Helical Bar said: “Now is the time to be working up major projects, both in Central London offices and in large residential plays in West London”. He also picked out their “3,500 residential units to be built in West London at Fulham Wharf, Hammersmith Town Hall and White City” in the statement as important to the companies future prosperity.
