Heathrow Airport has appointed a new delivery commercial director to take charge of airport expansion.
Emma-Jane Houghton joins from KPMG where she headed the Infrastructure Advisory Group
She joins in February 2019 and will start by shortlisting the Heathrow “innovation partners” – companies bidding to deliver the third runway. and will also take charge of procurement, contracts and cost.
